Julie Jones - Singer, Acoustic Guitarist

Julie grew up in New York City (NEW YORK CITY?!?!) singing R&B and Gospel music. Her mom finally let her take piano lessons at the age of 8, after an endless marathon of banging out "chop sticks" and annoying everyone in their apartment building.  She continued with piano and studied classical voice at Long Beach City College in CA.  She sang a wide variety of music for many years until she met Brian Raine.  We believe that once someone grows up, they listen to country music! For the last few years, she's been growing up! And just listen to the results. Whoa baby - this girl's got pipes!!

When Julie's not gigging with the band, she pursues her career in business analytics and communications.  She is also a wife, a mom of two boys, and loves to take her little dog Layla for runs on the back country trails of her hometown. 

As the only female among the Jones & Raine clan, she tries to keep the guys in line, and is occassionally successful!
